But first things first, here at Betting Sites Comparison, we make it our mission to bring you the absolute best and most comprehensive reviews we can. In order to achieve this and in order to make our reviews fair and objective, aside from looking into multiple site elements in detail, we’ll also be looking at the good and the bad of each one. That’s assuming they have both good and bad things to say about them of course.

This way, you can know you’re getting the full picture and not just a one sided look at the website. You’ll also know that we’re not skipping anything either. This is just one step we take to achieve our aim and there’s plenty more. But we’ll bring them up as they become relevant throughout the rest of this review.

Right, with some quick introductions out of the way, let’s tear open this website and take a look at what’s inside.

  1. So what exactly is Campeonbet?

Campeonbet is a type of betting site that we often refer to as an all in one. These offer, at the very least, both a sportsbook and casino element. Other famous all in one betting sites include Betsson and Betway. So, that’s not easy company to compete with. We refer to these types of sites as all in ones to distinguish them from sites while only look at the casino side of things.

Casino exclusives include the likes of Las Vegas USA and BGO. There are also sports exclusives, although these aren’t actually seen that often. But that’s not to say that an all in one only has to feature a sportsbook and casino. Often they have a lot more than that.

In order to keep thing fair, we’ll be comparing Campeonbet to other all in one betting sites. This is because often there’s different expectations. Criticising an exclusive site for not having the content of an all in one wouldn’t really be a fair way of looking at things. After all, that’s not what their product is aiming at and not what their audience expects from them.

On the other hand

While it might seem like an all in one site has an obvious advantage over an exclusive site, that’s not necessarily the case. Often you’ll find, especially with casino exclusives, that they tend to have a great deal more space. From a design perspective, this means they get a lot more creative. This is exemplified perfectly with sites like the themed All British Casino and the super slick Rizk Casino.

Also having less things to focus on often leads to a better product. However that’s not always the case. That leads us to our next reason why this is such an incredibly tough market to compete in and that’s the competition. We’ve already touched upon it but because of the sheer amount of sites that are out there, it drives quality standards higher. Therefore, so many sites are absolutely exceptional in all facets and can even match the casino exclusives on that side of their product.

Good examples of this include Virgin Games and Mr Green Casino and Sportsbook. And of course, any market in which you’re coming up against the likes of Ladbrokes and William Hill is never going to be an easy ride.

  1. What content is available on the Campeonbet site?

As we’ve mentioned, not all these sites are created equal. Aside from the casino and sportsbook options, there’s also live options, as well as a dedicated virtual sports, backgammon and poker section. We mention the latter even though they are often included because if they’ve been given there own section, that often means they are getting extra effort. Although, sometimes it’s just to bump up the appearance of content.

We’ll start off with the sportsbook. At the time of writing, the following options were available on the Campeonbet site:

  • Football
  • Tennis
  • Basketball
  • Ice Hockey
  • Volleyball
  • Handball
  • Baseball
  • Boxing
  • MMA
  • Alpine Skiing
  • American Football
  • Athletics
  • Aussie Rule
  • Auto Racing
  • Badminton
  • Bandy
  • Bowls
  • Chess
  • Counter Strike Go
  • Curcling
  • Darts
  • Dota 2
  • Floorball
  • Formula 1
  • Futsal
  • Gaelic Football
  • Golf
  • Hearthstone
  • Curcling
  • King Of Glory
  • League of Legend
  • Motorbikes
  • Olympics
  • Oscar
  • Overwatch
  • Pesapallo
  • Politics
  • Rally
  • Rugby League
  • Rugby Union
  • Sailing
  • Ski Jumping
  • Snooker
  • Special Bets
  • Starcraft 2
  • TV and Movies
  • World of Tanks
  • Trotting

Well, we’re not sure about you, but we’re suitably impressed. That’s a great selection and one that any site should be proud of. There’s not much dead weight here either. That is, there’s no options that feature no actual bets to choose from. It really is a stacked line up, thanks to its inclusion of lesser known sports, entertainment options and virtual sports.

Campeonbet casino games

The casino looks about as impressive too. There’s far too many slots, table games, video poker options and much more to list here. But needless to say that the choice is ample. Best of all though is the choice to be able to choose through several software developers. Not only is this simply handy to be able to tailor your choice, but it also means that there’s a lot of variety in the games as well as quantity.

The live casino has a few options. There’s nothing particularly exceptional but still good nonetheless. The same can be said for variety with virtual sports as well, although they both appear to be of decent quality.

On the other hand

There’s very few complaints to be had here. Perhaps a dedicated bingo section would be nice to complete with the likes of Foxy. Other than that, everything looks in tip top shape.

If we were to split hairs, we could say that we’d like every part of the site to be as good variety wise as the sportsbook. But still, nothing appears to be actually bad here. It’s a very impressive start.

  1. Is the Campeonbet site well designed?

When we refer to site design, we’re really asking two separate questions. First, there’s whether the site all works well and is easy to use: the technical side of things. Then there’s the rather trickier question of whether the site is aesthetically pleasing. The reason this is a little harder to answer is because that’s a subjective matter of preference.

Campeonbet site design

Some may love the stylish yet simple Manhattan Slots. Others may prefer the much more conservative Coral. There’s no right or wrong answer here. It’s just about what you prefer. So, in the interests of fairness, instead of posing a subjective opinion as fact, we’ll instead say what we think people will like and dislike about the design of the Campeonbet site.

One thing we think many will like about this betting site is that it manages to stay fairly traditional, while also having both energy and personality. It certainly doesn’t give the sense of being drab or dull but also avoids being too obnoxious or in your face.

We also imagine people will like just how modern the site looks. A good comparison in terms of its appeal would be the also excellent Betway. That is no bad company to be in. Oh and as for technical elements, we found no issues whatsoever using the site.

On the other hand

We think that, although we can’t imagine many will find the site offensive to look at, people might also view it as a touch forgettable. This is due to the lack of risks it takes. For many customers, this is fine. They don’t want a betting site to do anything else but look and perform to a high standard. And we imagine most will agree that Campeonbet does just that.

However, unlike somewhere like Royal Panda Casino for example, there’s no hook to set it clearly apart from the competition in your mind. It also doesn’t help that the name doesn’t roll off the tongue either.

Still, these are small issues. The site is certainly above average in this regard. If the rest of the product stands up to scrutiny, then we’re sure that Campeonbet will find plenty of fans.

  1. Does the Campeonbet site have any promotions?

Campeonbet has nine options listed on its ‘Promotions’ page at the time of writing. We’d say that is a solid, if not spectacular, number. However, when it comes to promotions, it’s about quality and not quantity.

Often promotions can change, so keep in mind that things may be different depending on when you choose to go on the site. But we’re going to take a look at three to give you some indication of the level of quality you’re likely to find.

Here’s a select few of the bonuses that were available at the time of writing:

  • 100% Deposit Bonus:
Campeonet deposit bonusGet a 100% bonus on your first deposit up to €200.

  • Reload Sports Bonus:
Campeonbet reloads sports bonusMake a deposit and get a 25% bonus up to €100.

  • XMAS 25 free spins bonus:
Campeonbet Xmas free spins bonusGet free spins over a selected period after you deposit money.

All these promotions are straight forward, easy to understand and offer real value and benefits. Also, having promotions based around the time of year is always a plus. This is because it gives the site more of a sense of being in tune with the real world.

On the other hand

Let’s take a look at some of those pesky terms and conditions. The worst offender by far is the 100% Deposit Bonus, which comes with a 45 times wagering requirement. This is pretty high. We’ve seen worse, and we’ve seen a lot better.

Another issue is there’s a couple of awkward terms here. For example, on the free spins offer, you have to contact customer service to get your bonus spins. While we suppose this wouldn’t put you out of your way too much, it’s not the most intuitive of systems.

Other than that though, the terms are fairly generous, with only a one times wagering requirement for the spins and ten times for the reload bonus.

  1. What customer service options are available?

Campeonbet live chat

It’s good news here, as there are several customer service options available at Campeonbet. These include live chat, email and a help section.

We are also happy to report that we found the customer service team friendly, informed and very useful.

On the other hand

Unfortunately, the live chat feature is not 24/7. It opens between 10am and 10pm each day. However, this issue is somewhat helped by customer service informing us that the email is 24/7.

It is a slight annoyance though that this information was not clearly available to the customer on the page itself.

  1. Has the Campeonbet site been received positively by critics/customer?

Campeonbet live

This betting site only launched in 2017, so it is hard to get a full picture of customer responses just yet. So with that in mind, we’ll have to say that it’s a bit too early to come to any conclusion in this regard.

However, from the critics perspective, the feedback the site has received appears to be extremely positive.

On the other hand

Obviously, we’d prefer more responses, especially from the customer side of things. This would be valuable in order to get a more complete picture of people’s satisfaction levels with the Campeonbet site.

  1. Are Campeonbet licensed?

Curacao gaming license

They are indeed. Campeonbet is licensed by the government of Curacao. This should assure you that they are a legitimate and above board operation.

On the other hand

The following countries are totally restricted at the time of writing:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • Spain
  • France
  • Italy

There are other restrictions that are specific to certain games and certain software providers, with full details listed on the website.

  1. So what do we think of Campeonbet?

For such a new betting site, there’s little doubt that Campeonbet has hit the ground running. Its core casino and sportsbook selection is excellent and most importantly, it’s a lot of fun.

It’s not quite a perfect site. There are times when we felt it could have explained itself a little better. However, even this is helped by one of the most responsive and informed customer service teams we’ve ever come across. In fact, even in the areas where you can criticise this site, at no point does any element ever really fall into bad territory. There’s only parts of the site which aren’t as good as others.

Overall though, it’s a very high quality betting site and if they’re this good now, we think the future looks very exciting for Campeonbet and their customers.
