The Football World Cup 2010 is to be hosted by South Africa where thirty two top football playing nations would participate to clinch the prestigious trophy. Seeing the current performances of all the participating countries, it is actually very difficult to guess the outcome of the tournament, before guessing the result for every match. But this is what needs to be done in order to bet and encash your predictions. World Cup betting odds are going to be very difficult this year, at least up till the semifinals before which any upcoming team in a great form might upset a top team by beating them thus moving towards the top of the points table.

South Africa, as the hosting nation, seems to be well prepared with many great looking and some innovated stadiums around all their major cities and so are the bookies around the world. There are ten venues where the soccer matches are to be played in South Africa. The development work like road improvement, hotel innovation etc. is almost complete. On the other hand, the gamblers are also waiting anxiously for this big tournament to begin where they can guess the World Cup betting odds as this would turn many struggling gamblers to millionaires. The World Cup football championship is considered to be as big event as the Olympics.

All the teams have been separated into groups of eight from which only two teams per group can make it through the next round based on the points table. A team would get three points for a win and 1 point for a draw. The point table for a particular team won’t change, if it loses.

Many gambling websites wants to add the excitement by offering their customers to win big prizes in case they are in sync with the World Cup betting odds. Spain, however, has the best World Cup betting odds in their favor this year. Brazil comes second in this predicted list.
